Travel ban: Supreme Court hands Donald Trump a victory of sorts

Washington: A win is a win – unless it's something in between. On Monday the US Supreme Court allowed a pared-back version of Donald Trump's pared-back version of his original, controversial travel ban to come into force, pending an October hearing on the constitutionality of the presidential order.
