The Parramatta Two Blues have their first Shute Shield win of the season after a 26-20 win over Penrith.

It gives the Two Blues’ some breathing room from the last-placed Emus.

The Two Blues started strongly to get out to a 19-5 lead just before half-time.

Parramatta claimed tries through Robert Duff, Tyrone Viiga and Hayden Cole.

However, midway through the second half Parramatta were down 20-19.

A Jonathon Malo try with five minutes left handed the lead back to the Two Blues.

Having lost several games last season by a single point, Parramatta held on to claim the victory.

It was a strong weekend for Parramatta across the board with wins in all grades, including a 62-5 win in second grade, first grade colts 69-0 and 33-10 in seconds colts.
