Proceeds from an event this Thursday night will go directly to Northcott Disability Services.
The black and white themed cocktail party will be held in conjunction with National Carer’s Week (October 14-20).
Students from the University of Western Sydney Parramatta campus organised the fund-raiser.
Event organiser Gabby Boniface said all the money raised would go to a good cause.
‘‘Northcott Disability Services provides support for over 10,000 people of all ages with disabilities, so it’s our turn to support them,’’ she said.
‘‘They are a non-profit organisation therefore the purpose is to create an entertaining night for staff, carers and Northcott guests, and to create awareness to the general public and to fund-raise.’’
