THE idea of fusing indoor and outdoor areas has reached the bathroom.
You might be thinking that this could lead to some pretty embarrassing moments, however, bringing the outside in doesn't necessarily require being outdoors.
Nature and water go hand in hand, so encompassing natural themes can help you achieve a tranquil bathroom feel.
Raymor product specialist Gordon Evans says light white and lush greens are the palette for their bathroom makeover which fuses indoor and outdoor areas (see pictures above).
"We took full advantage of the clean lines and simple proportions of the new range of products from Raymor," he says.
"The starting point was the deep, softly rounded Aruba freestanding bath.
"The secret to this bathroom is to create an impression of space with the absolute minimum of visual clutter."
Staying true to this theme is the wall hung Loongara basin with understated clean lines with generous proportions.
The lighting fixtures also enhance the natural look, along with the greenery on the wall and beside the windows.
"All of the accessories in the bathroom — from towel rails to toilet roll holder — are from the Ceduna range, ensuring there are no visual interruptions to the softly curved profiles of the bathroom fixtures," Gordon says.
"The final piece to this bathroom is the wet room approach to showering — an open shower with a single shower screen separating the water from the wash hand basin."
