IT'S that time again.
The cold weather is rolling in and making everybody miserable — but not for long.
The Winterfest Sydney Mediaeval Fair will be held at Parramatta Park this Saturday and Sunday.
Coinciding with the start of school holidays, the festival gives visitors the chance to take a step back in time and cheer on their favourite knight.
Animal lovers will also be able to see the full flight birds of prey display.
Children will have the chance to try their hand at archery.
There will be a number of medieval activities including music, as well as arts and craft displays.
Tickets: Adults $15, children $10 or those under five free.
