Pop in and grab appetising Chinese meal

HE new restaurant in Parramatta, Prince Peking Duck, has been open for only two weeks with well-decorated interiors providing an inviting atmosphere.

Manager Santa Lin says the restaurant is a nice place to sit in and eat and has lovely decorations.

Mr Lin has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry and started out as a waiter.

"I enjoy serving good food to the people and meeting new people who come to the restaurant," he said.

The restaurant features outdoor eating areas and function rooms that are available for parties, business meetings or conferences.

Prince Peking Duck offers both takeaway and dine-in meals.

A popular dish, Mr Lin says, is the Peking duck prepared by their chef originally from Beijing.

"He uses a traditional style and techniques to cook the food."

Other popular meal choices include roast pork or duck and the steamed chicken.

People can enjoy a Hong Kong-style tea or coffee, lemon water or tea.

The restaurant also offers a lunch deal that has more than 30 dishes to choose from.

At Prince Peking Duck there is team of more than 15 staff who have plenty of experience.

"The staff are very professional and we have a great cooking style," Mr Lin said.

"We serve top-quality food and it's a great for lunch or takeaway. We are also located very close to Parramatta station."

Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 10pm. Friday and Saturday, 10am to 11pm.
