The Wentworthville Magpies will have plenty of motivation heading into this week's clash against the bottom-placed North Sydney Bears.
For starters, the Magpies head into the game off the back of a disappointing 34-14 loss to Newcastle.
And also not one player from the second-placed Wentworthville team was selected for the NSW Cup Representative side.
The good news is that the team will be for the most part undisturbed and could possibly have some late inclusions with the Eels NRL team having the bye.
One interesting player to keep a watchful eye out for is United States international Bureta Faraimo who's leading the NSW Cup in linebreaks (21) and who's second in tries (14).
The Magpies are currently on 26 competition points — two behind the leaders, Penrith.
