Man, 85, shot strata manager in Lakemba, witness claims

A strata meeting at a unit block in Sydney's west erupted into violence on Thursday night when an 85-year-old man allegedly pulled out a gun and shot the strata manager in the neck following a long-running dispute, a neighbour who witnessed the shooting claims.
