Missing Picton woman Mary Woodrow was last spotted in Parramatta in May 2010.
Police have called on the public to help locate Ms Woodrow, 50, who was reported missing by concerned family members on March 13 after they were unable to find her following the death of a relative.
Police hold concerns for her welfare and believe she may have frequented country NSW since she was last seen.
She has been described to police as being of Caucasian appearance, about 168cm tall, of medium build, with blue eyes and blonde hair.
Ms Woodrow may also be driving a white Nissan Navara, with registration NSW BN27DG.
A NSW Police spokeswoman described Ms Woodrow’s disappearance as a ‘‘bit of a mystery’’ and said police only had ‘‘scant information’’ about the case.
