A man has been charged this morning over the alleged stabbing murder of Vissa Esan at Aussie Unity Real Estate at Pendle Hill yesterday.
About 7:45am, Thursday March 13, 47-year-old Vissa Esan was working at the Aussie Unity Real Estate office on Pendle Way when he allegedly became involved in a confrontation with a man inside the premises.
During the incident the real estate agent was stabbed in the chest before his alleged attacker ran away.
Paramedics took Mr Esan to Westmead Hospital where he later died.
A short time later Parramatta police were patrolling the Pendle Hill area, as part of the search for the alleged attacker, when they located a 33-year-old man in Hallmark Street.
He was charged with murder and refused bail to appear in court today.
