You don't need to travel to the city or to Byron Bay to seek advice on living a healthier and spiritual lifestyle.
Parramatta health and wellbeing businesses will display their products and services at the Wellness Community Festival at Parramatta Leagues Club at 10am on Sunday.
There will be holistic health and wellbeing specialists, psychic and intuitive readings, music performances, crystals and eco-friendly products.
Festival organiser Deb Shepherd started the first Wellness Community festival in 2011 at Thornleigh.
The festival has expanded considerably and is now presented in several suburbs.
Ms Shepherd said the festival aimed to support local wellness professionals in their endeavour to provide their services to clients, and to bring the local community and businesses together in one energetic setting.
"People in the local area will have the opportunity to experience different health and wellbeing services and products in one setting," Ms Shepherd said. "From a business point of view, local businesses will have the opportunity to network with others."
The Yoga West Natural Therapies Centre will be one of 39 businesses displaying goods at the festival.
Its owner, Kim Beaver, said she was excited to join stall holders.
"I'm looking forward to being able to showcase our talents and skills," Ms Beaver said.
She said the festival had helped local health and wellbeing businesses to work closely together.
"I have been in touch with other small businesses like mine to let them know about the festival and how exciting it is," Ms Beaver said.
