Police have charged a man after he allegedly committed acts of indecency on trains near Granville and Wollonstonecraft.
Just after 5pm on Monday, January 16, a woman was seated on a train near Wollonstonecraft when she allegedly saw a man committing an act of indecency.
She reported the incident to station staff, police were alerted and an investigation was commenced.
About 6pm on Wednesday, January 1, a woman was on a train with other family members between Granville and Fairfield, when she allegedly saw a man committing an act of indecency.
The woman and her family members changed carriages.
The incident was reported to police a few days later and an investigation was commenced by officers from Camden Local Area Command.
At 1pm on Thursday, a 65-year-old man was arrested at Narellan Police Station.
He was charged with commit act of indecency with person 16 years or over (x2).
He was refused bail to appear at Campbelltown Local Court on Friday.
