Parramatta police will welcome four new recruits next week.
They’re part of a class of 161 students who graduated at the NSW Police Academy at Goulburn today.
That also included three graduates allocated to Blacktown police and two in the Hills local area command.
The recruits were sworn into the NSW Police Force by Commissioner Andrew Scipione to start work at their new stations from Monday, August 26, with the rank of probationary constables.
“Policing can be a challenging career, but through dedicated and ethical service the men and women of this attesting class can expect experiences that make it more than just a career,” Commissioner Scipione said.
“And they can expect the camaraderie and guidance of their new policing family through each and every one of those experiences.
“I extend my best wishes to all the new officers.
‘‘I sincerely hope they find the experience of serving the people of NSW as satisfying as I do.”
