Smart looks, smart technology as well as energy smart — in every respect the new i-Smart home designs from Ichijo are a clever choice.
Industry innovators, Ichijo Technological Homes have launched their new i-Smart 7.0+ (2013) range of distinctive home designs that will allow Australian families to cut their power bills by up to 50 per cent.*
Ichijo's general manager Phil Stewart said the 2013 home designs took health and energy efficient living to a higher level at an affordable cost for home buyers.
"Home buyers can choose from a number of valuable options, at no extra cost, to enhance their home's energy efficiency or to provide fresh, filtered air for the benefit of the family's health," Mr Stewart said.
"It is a great investment in the future."
The stylish new range incorporates energy efficient, Argon gas-filled, double glazed windows with Low-E coating.
The fully-rendered external walls are built of steel-reinforced, aerated lightweight concrete panels to deliver a high degree of insulation.
These features give the homes an energy star rating of 7.0 or more**, which differs from standard new homes rated 4.5 to 5.0, reducing energy bills significantly.
A range of power-saving options developed by Ichijo are offered during their current promotion period at no extra cost.
The new home designs include a master design for single stories with seven variations and three double-storey designs with nine variations.
"A special feature of each plan in the new series is that it can be mirrored to give the flexibility needed for optimal site orientation and liveability," Mr Stewart said.
"It is also possible to plan extensions and room changes for individual family needs and to take advantage of local site features."
Each Ichijo home is built to high standards by the company, which has more than 35 years' experience.
An amazing feature of the homes is the clever modular floor plan layout which gives the homes a feeling of spaciousness, efficiency and style with beautiful finishes.
*Power bill savings may vary subject to options adopted, as well as to individual lifestyle choices and the energy efficiency of appliances in the home.
**All master plans are rated by HERS assessor in accredited software under the NatHERS protocols. All simulations are based on the NatHERS climate zone 28 (Richmond NSW).
