JENNIFER Byrnes and Sharon Dass have been selected to the City women's cricket teams, to play Country on the Central Coast this weekend.
Byrnes has been selected in the Under-17s and Dass in the U15s.
They are part of the NSW Emerging Breakers program and reflect the young talent emerging from the fledgling Parramatta Blacktown club.
The club has continued to battle while several young players are absent completing their HSC exams.
Rain washed out the second-grade and Brewer Shield games against Gordon and thirds lost to the competition leaders.
