THE Parramatta Wildcats youth teams showed their skills when the senior teams had another rest weekend from the Waratah Basketball League on Saturday.
The Wildcats girls certainly showed skill in beating Penrith 67-37, leading 16-5 after the first term and increasing their margin from there.
Development players Brianna Gibbs-Manuatu, Jane Wilcox and Sindy Azzi all relished the weaker opposition, with each grabbing some lengthy court time and plenty of points.
The Panthers youth men didn't look weak; they were giants and won 101-93.
The Wildcats senior teams play in Newcastle on Saturday night.
