Two stabbed at Merrylands train station

05 Feb, 2010 01:23 PM
Three men are in police custody after two other males were stabbed in broad daylight at Merrylands train station today.

Police and paramedics were called to the station, in Sydney's west, following reports of an incident involving five men around noon (AEDT) on Friday.

"During the incident two of the males sustained stab injuries," a police spokesman said.

They were taken to Westmead hospital.

The other three males ran from the area but have since been arrested and are being questioned at Merrylands police station.
