CAPPING off what is already a sensational line-up, Sydney's Jonah's Road have signed up as the feature artist for A Concert For Life.
The event will be held at St Marys Rugby League Club on Saturday, August22, and also features the talents of country stars Tamara Stewart, Victoria Baillie, Tori Darke, Gemma Luxton and Kelly Hope.
It will be a fund-raiser for research into ovarian cancer by the Westmead Millennium Institute in conjunction with the institute's fund-raising arm, The Millennium Foundation.
Jonah's Road have a contemporary sound and a high-quality live set.
``Known for their tight vocal harmonies and incredibly catchy songs, they will serve as the ultimate end to what's shaping up to be a great night,'' said event organiser and St Marys-Mount Druitt Star editor Matt Lawrence.
``I've been lucky enough to catch the boys live a couple of times this year and each time they've well and truly rocked the house.''
Jonah's Road Jay, John and Rodney blasted onto the music scene with their stunning debut CD Hold On in 2004.
They followed up with the impressive Counting Down the Days in 2007, which includes the infectious track Giddy Up.
Tickets for the show cost $20 and are available now at the club, located on the corner of Boronia and Forrester roads, StMarys.
